We will schedule a pre-event meeting where I will listen to your plans and wishes for your special event and then give some suggestions on your choices and options. Once we have all your plans outlined we can create a timeline of all your events. I will share this information with the caterer and photographer to ensure the smoothest transition of events. I will ask that you give me a list of your songs that must be played as well as a list of songs not to be played. Before your guests arrive all audio equipment and lighting will be set up, tested and back-up equipment in place. All this to ensure only the best performance for your event.
